Name: David J. Dominguez
EmailAddress: dd50@earthlink.net
Remarks: I was with the 4th Ord Company from Nov '64-Jan '67, serving as a clerk. I stumbled onto this page because I am planning to go back to Germany in the Fall and am interested in going back to Miesau as a side trip. I had some GREAT times there, met a lot of GREAT people, all of whom have scattered over the years. The C.O. at the time was Albert F. Gleim, formerly from, I believe, Ohio. I can start naming off the CWO's who were there, as well as a few of the SGT's, but I won't. As was noted by someone else on this roster, Pershing and Hawks also were repaired at the Depot. The X area held many of the warheads. Our survival time if the balloon ever went up was in minutes because of the size of the ammo dump and what was contained there. Great site!!!!!!!!!!!!
